Telling your story can make all the difference.

Annapolis Stories, a local oral history initiative, gathers the voices and memories of the many communities that make the city of Annapolis, Maryland special, using videos and maps to link our personal stories to place.

The idea is simple: we ask people to share memories and histories of the town, especially particular locations that matter to them personally. We take a very short video of the telling of that story. Each of these short videos is pinned to a Google map of the area, to be viewed on computers or smartphones.
